What to Expect:
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—but you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Here’s what you can expect when you reach out:
🧠 Ongoing
Therapy
Therapy is a collaborative process: we’ll check in regularly on your progress and adapt as needed. Some sessions may focus on processing emotions, others may be more skill-based or solution-focused.
💬 Your First
Session
The first session is designed to help you get to know us. We’ll talk about: What brings you to therapy, personal history, and future goals. Most importantly, what you want to achieve through our work together. It’s a space to go at your own pace. No pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
🗓️ Before the
First Session
Once you contact me, we’ll schedule a brief phone consultation (free of charge) to make sure we’re a good fit. I’ll answer any questions you have and explain how I can support you.
